DIA BUKAN IBU (A WOMEN CALLED MOTHER)
This Movie received 2 nominations at the Piala Citra Festival Film Indonesia, had its World Premiere at Fantastic Fest 2025 and was released in Malaysia. Premis : The horror film “Dia Bukan Ibu” (2025/2026) tells the story of Vira and her younger brother, Dino, who are terrorized by the drastic changes in their mother, Yanti, after her divorce. Yanti becomes successful and beautiful, but gradually begins to display terrifying behavior after being possessed by a jinn as a result of using a mystical charm (susuk). Vira struggles to uncover the truth behind the figure who looks like her mother but may not truly be her.

Their trip takes a dark turn when they are joined by uninvited guests and encounter a mysterious elderly man and a creepy child while passing through a forest. The journey turns into a nightmare filled with unexpected, terrifying incidents that force Gilang to confront a curse related to a traumatic childhood memory from his past. The film blends horror and psychological thriller elements, focusing on myths surrounding Jumping or passing someone on the road.
